Room looked Remodeled and Fresh. Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY. It was great with the kids to have a nice quiet clean hotel to spend the night. And it is super close to the Fairgrounds where they have the rodeo every year. I cant wait to stay here again for Peach to the Beaches!
This hotel was downright deplorable. The beds were not comfortable, the A.C. unit rattled all night and the cleanliness was worse than bad. Only positive thing I can say is they somehow stole some decent coffee still in the holiday inn packaging for the rooms. Unfortunately the coffee pot was so nasty I feared I would get tetanus just from looking at it. I would say to anyone go elsewhere or spend more money than stay here. Actually just sleep in your car, that would be a better choice.
There was never anybody at front desk. Don't have a full breakfast like advertised and added water to waffle batter. No creamer for coffee. Broken towel bar and mini fridge. No ice. Have to go next door to Ramada.
This hotel is disgusting! We drove from MI for a horse show and had reservations...pulled in the driveway and pulled right back out. Mattresses and stuff in the parking lot, Windows boarded up, people who appeared to live there permanently. We immediately upgraded to a much more expensive hotel which was out of our budget, but everything that was below 90 a night in this town was scary, felt unsafe and dirty.
