Rude as hell and racist. Not for white folk. Had a car problem in town, offered $20 to use a screwdriver for 1 minute on the property. Cussed at and told to go away. Had $20 bill in hand. Just needed help. Second time I've experienced reverse racism in Perry. It stings.
