I left my previous company due to customer service.. I always had to talk to someone new about my policies when they knew nothing that was going on. When I switched I also saved myself a good chunk of money which is always great. I'm just taken away by how amazing their customer service is. Every time I call in, they know it is me and are so kind and helpful. They even just called me last week to review my policy and check on how everything is going and that right there meant so much to me! Best agent in perry!!!!!

Never does what she says she will do. Called in for a quote and the rate sky rocketed soon afterwards without any warning. She ended up cancelling me cause I couldn't afford the high rates. Now I have a great agent here in Perry, and don't pay any attention to the reviews, those are from her employees she has now.
