This office really wasn't for me. The hygienist I had were friendly and did a good job, but the rest of the office seemed off. Because I was cash pay, I felt the dentist treated me as less important. Kind of more into appearance and himself than helping patients get affordable care.
The best thing to happen to me in a long time was being referred to Dr. Kinsley due to my high anxiety toward dental appointments. I went for the Oral sedation his office offered and that was the best for me. Follow the procedures and go in for appointment and then wake up and said all is done. The staff is great and very professional, I had a minor problem with a tooth and the staff worked to get me in this morning and do my cleaning and take care of my issue at same time. Dr. Kinsley really cares about his patients needs and comfort. I wanted to make sure I wrote this review that I meant to write years ago after the first appointment. I also love the movie themed rooms they use to help you relax for your appointment. Thanks to the whole team.
Now I “completely” smile. Our trauma team was working with our legislators to provide funding for our public schools in Georgia to help, “Stop the Bleed.” It was a great success.
This is an amazing dentist office. The hygienists and Dr. Kinsley make you feel comfortable and remain respectful and professional. I really recommend this dentist in all of Central Georgia!
There is NO WAY I will EVER be able to repay Dr. Kinsley and his staff. I was in so much pain yesterday, I don't think I have ever had that kind of pain before with teeth and yes, I have had my share of dental pain. They ALL WORKED miracles to squeeze me in and get that tooth out. I KNOW how busy they all are, and there isn't too many doctors/dentists that would have done that, but they all did. They ALWAYS take care of my anxiety and now the pain is gone and I can concentrate on getting back to work and Thanksgiving holidays. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE that works there. i MEAN EVERYONE! If you need a dentist and one that will put you at ease as soon as you sit in that chair, you NEED TO CALL THEM. They will NEVER HURT YOU and all they care about is TAKING CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS AND PUTTING THEM AT EASE! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
