The service was great. People very friendly and respectful. The car was ready when I got there but after driving a few miles I realized it had smoke smell. I also found someone's mail in the glove box. We were to far to turn around. I wish now we had tried to get a different car because I had to go to the doctor when I returned. The smoke had caused an allergic reaction and I now have an infection. I have had this happen before. I use Enterprise often and need to know how to avoid getting car with smoke smell.

After being pulled over for speeding (a pretty common offense to be honest) they voided my finances contract 3 weeks early and was willing to leave us stranded in Georgia. If you care about your safety and your families then your better off using a local company and paying a little extra. My advice would be to ONLY use this company (not just this location because They all follow corporate orders) if They are your ONLY option.
