I was on a road trip to Florida from Michigan. I had borrowed my father's 05 suburban to move my little sister to school in Daytona. During my trip the driver side hub had cracked. I was hauling a trailer and had little choice of where take the vehicle. A Mr. Michele gave me turn by turn directions to the dealership. This happened about 4 years ago and I still remember the southern hospitality shown to me. The vehicle was repaired at a fair price and completed within a couple hours. Upon my little sister now graduating Palmer College I would like to thank the hard working people of Hamby for making her transition across the country much more tolerable. And congrats baby sis.
We know the owners and service is top notch They will help you in any way they can his sales team or service team .As a business owner it is hard to please everyone and to help everyone at one time They work fast as they can and sometimes it takes time to get best service or sale possible for you. Both Boris and Mack have been working ALL day to get a deal that is beneficial for me! The emails AND the phone calls are prompt and courteous! Currently, we are still waiting on a response from a lender BUT whether I'm granted the loan or not, their five stars will remain! They have kept me up-to-date with every move thus far. Their customer service is absolutely outstanding!
Owner Mark Hamby and his staff are very rude. I didn’t feel comfortable at this dealership at all, they are all about the money and not the customer. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere. I HIGHLY ADVISE NOT coming to this dealership and I’ll make sure to tell others of my experience.
I went in to get my oil changed about three weeks ago. When I left the dealership I had noticed that my front right wheel had a huge scuff mark. When I took my truck back up I spoke with Mr. Hamby personally and he replaced the tire. He was very professional along with his staff. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that wants to deal with real people. Great experience.
