I Love Everything about this place and All the Employees are Fantastic.
Very helpful and friendly service! Any and all my questions wee answered in a sincere tone. The only issue is the hours. The bank inside doesn't open till 8:30 am whereas the help line is 24 hours (but that is a google mistake I believe).

I am down right furious at this point. My mother requested to add me to her account, back in November, in the case of something happening to her it would cut the red tape. I just checked my credit history and found that a credit check was done with Equifax which is a hard credit hit on your credit report! It dropped my score by 3 points! I was unaware that while electronically signing to get added to her account that there would be a credit check, it WAS NOT VERBALLY disclosed to me at the time. When calling today to see why I was told that I had signed a form approving this and that was for any future loan purposes.? IF I had been applying for a loan or to open an account maybe, BUT NOT BECAUSE SOMEONE WANTS TO ADD YOU TO THEIR ACCOUNT!!!!!!! We were told before hand that all I had to do was come in with here, bring my drivers license and social security card to be added to the account and of course your have to sign your name electronically. At no point and time was it disclosed that they would take it upon their selves to do a credit check "for future loan purposes" and yes I am absolutely mad about 3 little points, they do make a difference to your credit score and it will not come off until 2017! I will be contacting Equifax and notifying them of this unnecessary credit check!
